We offer a one-year warranty on all products sold (excluding parts marked as used).

30 Day Return
Our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from when the buyer receives the product.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the purchased product. The product must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Be sure to include the original packing slip and label the package with the RMA number. Any discrepancies may result in a delay in the refund or a partial refund being canceled. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If the item has been used or is cosmetically damaged (scratches, bent wires, etc.), this item cannot be returned!

Refused parcel
If you refuse to sign the package, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee, and the shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ordered the wrong part
If you order the wrong part and request a return or refund, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee.

Received the wrong part
If you have received the wrong part, please provide us with a photo of the product, and we will arrange a return. You can ask us to send the correct part or request a refund.
